How do I place an order?
There are several ways to place an order with us. You can log on to our website and view the available products and order by completing the Contact Us tab and providing the associated product model number and details of your request, or you can call us at 1-204-528-3302 and we will gladly assist you with your order.
Do you offer discounts for large quantity orders on cemetery memorials?
Yes, if you order three or more cemetery memorials, we will automatically issue a 10% discount on your total order.
Do you offer discounts on funeral service memorial rentals?
Yes, we do have bundle rates available on funeral service memorials. If you rent two memorials, you will receive a $5.00 discount on your total order. If you rent three memorials, you will receive a $10.00 discount on your total order.
What type of payment do you accept?
Presently, we only accept Cash or Cheques. We are in the process of adding additional methods of payment.
How do I obtain my order?
You can pick up your order or we can ship it to your home.
How long do silk flowers last?
Generally, silk flowers last much longer than fresh flowers. We use materials to ensure lasting colour and quality.
What if I am not satisfied with the arrangement or service I received?
It is very important to us that you are satisfied with our service and products. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, please call our office and we will obtain the information for your dissatisfaction and will make corrections to ensure your experience using our service or purchasing our products is a positive one.
Do memorial parks, cemeteries and mausoleums have restrictions for silk flowers, wire easels, saddles or vases?
The restrictions vary with each location. Some restrictions are based on the season, some are based on the type and size of the memorial, silk versus fresh flowers, and how much space can be used for cemetery decorations. We strongly recommend you contact the cemetery prior to ordering to confirm your memorial is within their restrictions.
